Krillocity Daily Trivia Game – Play Online

Krillocity is a browser-based answer race from the Daily team. Instead of steering with a controller, you type answers to prompts and watch your krill swim along a pixel-art underwater course. Each race has seven prompts with 30 seconds each. Every accepted answer moves your krill forward, and rarer answers carry it farther.

Daily gives everyone the same seven prompts for one attempt, and the challenge changes at midnight UTC. The first Daily race was held on 26 October 2026. Multiplayer is a separate mode you can repeat: public races hold up to 16 players, and private rooms let you pick 2–16 players, one to seven prompts and a timer, then share a room code or invite link.

You can play without an account or download. Progress and settings may be saved in your browser, and if you log in, some records and settings can sync between devices.

Resume DailyPick up a Daily attempt you have already started.
Play MultiplayerOpen public races or create a private room.
Answer field / Enter / SwimType and submit different valid answers before the 30-second timer runs out.
Private race settings / room codeChoose the race length and invite friends with a code or link.

Once the game loads, choose Start Daily or Resume Daily for the shared challenge, or select Play Multiplayer to join repeatable races.

A standard race has seven prompts. A short preview appears before each 30-second timer starts. Type as many fitting answers as you can and submit them with Enter or Swim. Every accepted answer moves your krill, and rarer answers carry it farther. A repeated answer does not score again, and a rejected guess only uses up your typing time.

Daily gives everyone one shared attempt, which resets at midnight UTC. If you leave, you can come back to the progress you already made, but a prompt you have already started cannot be replayed. Multiplayer lets you race again and again: host a public race, or create a private room for 2–16 players with your own prompt count and timer, then share the invite code or link. On phones, the keyboard stays open between answers so you can keep typing.

How is Daily different from Multiplayer?

Daily gives everyone the same seven prompts for one attempt, and it resets at midnight UTC. Multiplayer races can be repeated: join a public race or create a private room for invited friends.

How do answers move your krill?

Each accepted answer moves your krill along the course, and rarer answers travel farther. Repeating an answer you already used does not score again, and a rejected guess only uses up your time.

Can I race friends in a private room?

Yes. Set up a private race for 2–16 players, choose one, three, five or seven prompts and a timer of 20, 30, 45 or 60 seconds, then share the six-digit room code or invite link.

Who made Krillocity, and when did the first daily race run?
